These expectations are in place to honor the home, respect the comfort of all occupants, and maintain a peaceful and orderly environment: ● Registered Guests Only: For the safety, comfort, and privacy of all, only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unregistered visitors are not allowed. ● Pets: In consideration of all guests and the care of the home, pets are not permitted. ● Gatherings: To preserve a calm and restful atmosphere, parties and events are not allowed. ● Smoking: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted inside the home or within 15 feet of the residence. ○ A park is conveniently located across the street for those who choose to smoke. ● Driveway & Lawn Care: Please use the driveway responsibly. Performing K-turns or driving onto the lawn is not permitted, as this causes damage to planted flowers, rose bushes, and landscaping and constitutes destruction of property. These guidelines are respectfully requested in recognition that individuals have varying sensitivities to smoke, odors, noise, and shared spaces, and to protect the care and effort invested in maintaining the property.
